EAR LOBES: We pierce children's ear lobes only under 14 years old . Notarized Paperwork, Photo IDs (parent and minor) and minor's birth certificate are required.

OTHER PIERCINGS: All other piercings (other than adult-only piercings) are available for minors ages 16 years and older. Notarized Paperwork, Photo IDs (parent and minor) and minor's birth certificate are required.

A notarized minor consent form is required. You can also stop in and grab the paperwork at the shop. 

Places that notarize: Banks, UPS, Fedex or Staples to name a few.  Call beforehand to check their availability.

At the appointment: The minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and bring: the notarized consent form, the minor’s ID, the parent/guardian’s ID, and the minor’s birth certificate or guardianship documents.

The second session "perfecting session" is important for ensuring long lasting and vibrant results.  This session  adresses any areas of  unevenness or fading. Second session is usually recommended 6-12 weeks following initial procedure 

* Requires a $50 non refundable deposit per session .  Amount will be deducted from total cost of procedure upon completion of session
